Who this is for

Local Named sells a one-time digital pack to local businesses anywhere. You must be 18 or older and buying for a business you are allowed to represent. One pack covers one website.

What you are buying

You are buying six files: llms.txt, LocalBusiness schema, FAQ schema, AI crawler rules, city-specific FAQ answers, and an install guide. After Stripe payment we email a zip to the address you give at checkout. There is no login and no software subscription.

You own the files for the domain you confirmed. You upload them. We do not touch your live website.

What this is not

This is not a ranking service, ad product, or guarantee that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot, or anyone else will recommend you. The pack helps machines read who you are and where you serve. Reviews, Google Business Profile, and useful pages on your site still matter more.

We do not invent facts. If a field is blank in the editor, it stays blank in the files.

The free scan

The scan fetches public pages for the domain you enter: the homepage, robots.txt, and llms.txt. We look for schema and name-phone-city on the homepage. You must only scan a site you own or are allowed to check. A short human check sits in front of the scanner so bots cannot hammer it.

Payment

Price is $99 USD, one time, one domain. Cards are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers. The pack is generated after payment and emailed. Keep that email — it is your copy.

Refunds

If the email never arrives, write us and we will resend the zip. If you have not used the files and you ask within 7 days of payment, we will refund the $99. After you download and use the pack, the sale is final. Digital files cannot be “returned.”

Acceptable use

Do not use Local Named to scan sites you do not control, to impersonate another business, or to generate files with facts you know are false. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the scanner.

Our liability

The pack is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost leads, search changes, or AI systems ignoring your files. Our total liability for a purchase is the $99 you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Buying after a change means you accept the new terms for that purchase.
